

Modul elektronik yang dibuat terdiri dari pendahuluan, pembahasan materi (katabolisme lipid, anabolisme lipid, kolesterol, serta penyakit terkait metabolisme lipid), video, gambar serta tes formatif pada tiap materi yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah biokimia pada materi metabolisme lipid. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model Borg dan Gall, instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul elektronik (e-modul) biokimia pada materi metabolisme lipid menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional. Pembelajaran abad 21 pada era revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut inovasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal. Furthermore, these electronic teaching materials can be used as teaching materials in the classroom to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the developed teaching materials.

It was concluded that the simple harmonic motion electronic teaching material based on authentic learning was declared valid to train students’ problem-solving skills. The results showed that the validity of electronic teaching materials with an average score of 3.87 was categorized as good. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The validation of electronic teaching materials is carried out by three validators: two expert validators and one practitioner validator. The validity of electronic teaching materials is viewed from the aspect of content, construct, and appearance. The instrument used is the validity sheet of electronic teaching materials. This research is development research with the ASSURE model that focuses on the Utilization of Instructional Materials stage. This study describes the validity of simple harmonic motion electronic teaching materials based on authentic learning to train students’ problem-solving skills.

The absence of teaching materials that can train students’ problem-solving skills optimally is the background of this research. Dissemination of the e-modules in the biochemical learning process is being carried out and will be published in the next article. Based on the results from the validation it can be concluded that the electronic metabolism protein module is ready to be used as a learning material in supporting the improvement of students’ critical thinking. The results of expert validation of the developed e-modules show well to very good at interpretations. Product validation is carried out by material, language and media experts using standard instruments with the Likert scale. In addition, the e-module is equipped with videos, images, animations, links to various main sources and formative tests on each material in accordance with the learning outcomes over the course.

The contents of the module are developed based upon the learning design in the Biomolecular Metabolism course according to the curriculum of the Chemistry Education undergraduate study program. The method used refers to research and development.
